Paduan Inconel 718 adalah paduan nikel-ferokrom yang dikeraskan dengan presipitasi yang mengandung niobium dan molibdenum, yang memiliki kekuatan tinggi, ketangguhan yang baik, dan ketahanan terhadap korosi di lingkungan suhu tinggi dan rendah ketika suhu di bawah 650℃. Keadaan tersebut dapat berupa perlakuan larutan padat atau keadaan pengerasan presipitasi.
